On October 18, 2015, Patsy Jewell Sirasky (nee Mumaw); beloved wife of Neil Sirasky; devoted mother of Patricia Spencer, Denise Stoval, Mellissa Bazuine; cherished grandmother of Michael Janoff, Katey McDonald, Anthony Stoval, Jr., Heather Stamey, and Cody Bazuine; loving great-grandmother of Emma and Samuel McDonald and Oliver Janoff; dear sister of Charles Edward Mumaw, Jr. and his wife Linda, Janice Crabbs and her husband Marty, and Gregory Mumaw and his wife Jodine. Also surived by many nieces and nephews.
A Memorial service will be held at a later date and time.
