On Monday, November 12, 2018, Penny Jean Francis passed away. She was the devoted mother of one son and three daughters; dear sister of Patrice O’Connor, John Francis, Jeff Francis, and the late Pamela Grinage Francis; loving grandmother of four grandchildren. Penny was also an active volunteer at Community Christian Church and Araminta Freedom Initiative.
Family and friends may gather at Schimunek Funeral Home, Inc., 9705 Belair Rd, Nottingham, MD 21236 on Thursday, November 15, 2018, from 3-5 pm and 7-9 pm, where a funeral service will also be held on Friday, November 16, 2018, at 11 am.
