On July 2, 2026, Phyllis Ann Jakubiak (née Marcinkowski) passed away peacefully. Phyllis was the beloved wife of the late Edward F. Jakubiak, Sr. She was a devoted mother to her sons Edward Jakubiak, Jr. and wife Joy Jakubiak; Gregory Jakubiak and husband Douglas Chay; two beloved grandchildren, Kelsey Jakubiak, Brett Jakubiak and wife Emily Jakubiak; two cherished great-grandchildren; as well as her dear brother Marion Marcinkowski.
Relatives and friends will gather at Schimunek Funeral Home, Inc., 9705 Belair Rd., Nottingham MD 21236, on Wednesday, July 8, 2026, 3-5 & 7-9 p.m., and where a Catholic Prayer Service will be held on Thursday, July 9, 2026, at 10:00 a.m. Interment will follow at St. Joseph Church Cemetery (Fullerton)
