On March 13, 2014, Ralph R. Sears, Jr.; beloved husband of Theresa P. Sears (nee Price); devoted father of Thomas Sears and his wife Ann, and Edward Augustine and his wife Jean; loving grandfather of Eric, and Jeremy Augustine and Stacey Fields; cherished great-grandfather of Ahren, Naython, and Matteo. Also survived by several nieces, other family and friends. He was a mentor to Stephon Dingle, thru grade school, high school all the way thru college. He treated him as if he was one of his own grandchildren.
A graveside service will be held on Tuesday at 1 pm in the chapel at Gardens of Faith Cemetery. In lieu of flowers contributions may be made to the Gardenville Baseball League, 4517 Hazelwood Avenue Baltimore, MD 21206 or Mt. Carmel School, 1704 Old Eastern Avenue, Baltimore, MD 21221.
