On July 29, 2025, Raymond G. Burton, Sr. passed away. Raymond is the beloved husband of the late Rose Frances Burton (nee Dattoli); devoted father of Raymond Burton, Jr. and wife Patricia, Sandra Hellmann and husband Daniel, Thomas Swank and his late wife Elease, and the late Darlene Steg and her surviving husband Thomas, Sr.; loving grandfather of Sarah Burton, Raymond Burton, III, Jacob Hellmann, Thomas Steg, Jr, and Colleen Krygiel; great-grandfather of Elizabeth Hellmann, Alex Hellmann, Sienna Steg, Thomas Steg III, Calvin Krygiel, and Evelyn Krygiel.
Relatives and friends will gather at the Schimunek Funeral Home, Inc., 9705 Belair Rd, Nottingham MD 21236, on Thursday, July 31, 2025, from 2-5 & 7-9 p.m., and where a funeral service will be held on Friday, August 1, 2025, at 10:30 a.m. Interment Bel Air Memorial Gardens.
