On Easter Sunday, March 27, 2016 Richard Allen Brewer, Sr. passed away. He was the beloved husband of Jean Brewer (nee Kahler); devoted father of Richard A. Brewer, Jr. and his wife Judy, Troy D. Brewer and his wife Carol and Sharon L. Hunt and her husband Terry; loving son of the late George Ward Brewer and Virgie Victoria Schooler Brewer; dear brother of Rodney Brewer and Melinda Laupert; cherished grandfather of Richard A. Brewer, III, Rebecca Mullenax, Christopher and Gregory Hunt, Tyler and Taylor Brewer and Sarah, Julia and Carolyn Kyle; Also survived by 5 great grandchildren. Richard was pre-deceased by 8 brothers and sisters.
The family will receive friends at the Schimunek Funeral Home, Inc.
