Dick and I served together in the 101st division starting at Ft. Cambell Kentucky.
Fond memories of my wife and I at the base swimming pool with Dot and Dick.
A  beautiful guy loved by everyone and will always be missed.

These were the days of the 101st and our friendship continued after coming home.
Our time spent at Wedgwood Club meetings were very social.

I wanted to express my deepest condolences. Richard was a large part of my life for over 30 years. He accepted me as if I was his own daughter. Pop had a silliness about him that could always make me laugh. It's so hard when God takes the good ones from us, but Pop will always hold a special place in my heart.

Dear Dorothy and Family,
I would like to express my deepest sympathy to you and your family. I had the pleasure of working with Richard throughout his career at the VA hospital. Sometimes we would carpool together and he would always buy me a 7/11 coffee on the way to work.  Rich would make work fun and we would find the cartoons that he would draw all over the pharmacy. My last cartoon from Rich was in a Christmas card he sent a few years ago.

Dear Miss Dot, Scott, and John,

We are soo thankful for the many years of memories we have of Mr. Rich.  Every single memory I have of Mr. Rich is of his joy-filled sense of humor and love of life!  He also modeled such love and respect of Miss Dot.  I loved to watch them together because their love for each other was so evident in their interactions.  We love you all and will pray for you and your families. So thankful for all the ways you have loved and cared for my mom and dad over the years.
