On September 23, 2012, Robert I. McLaughlin; beloved husband of the late Marjorie L. McLaughlin (nee Mullen); devoted father of Robin J. Basta, Cheryl L. Chrest, W. Daniel McLaughlin and wife Camille, Glenn P. McLaughlin and wife Nicole, Robert F. McLaughlin and Kyle McLaughlin and partner Brandi Shehan; loving grandfather of Kristen, Joseph, Jacob, Jessica, Amanda, Ashley, Tyler, Erin, Kaitlin, Lauren, Krystle, Seth, Connor, Caden, Joshua, Skyler, Ian and the late Jillian McLaughlin. Also survived by eight great-grandchildren.
Relatives and friends may gather at Schimunek Funeral Home, Inc., 9705 Belair Road, Nottingham MD 21236, on Tuesday and Wednesday, September 25 & 26, 2012, 3-5 & 7-9 p.m., and where a Catholic Prayer Service will be held on Thursday September 27, 2012, at 11:00 a.m. Interment Gardens of Faith Cemetery.
