Robert Wayne Powers, age 80, passed on June 16, 2026. He was the beloved husband of Jean H. Powers: devoted father of David Powers and his wife Mary Beth, Sherri Suehle and her husband Andy, Kenneth Powers and his wife Melinda; dear brother of Jeanne-Elise Powers, and Margaret (Meg) Powers; loving grandfather of Michael Suehle, Samantha Suehle, Olivia Benson, Ave Saraullo, and Rylee Saraullo; also cherished and survived by Larry Augsburger, and Jean Augsburger.
Relatives and friends may gather at Schimunek Funeral Home, Inc., 9705 Belair Rd, Nottingham, MD 21236, on Thursday, June 25, 2026, from 2:00 pm to 4:00 pm, and from 6:00 pm to 8:00 pm.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the National Foundation for Cancer Research.
