On January 23, 2022, Robert Lee Richter was called home to be with the Lord. He was the beloved husband of Mary Carol Richter (nee Young); devoted father of Robert L. Richter, Jr.; loving son of the late Mary Etta Barr; cherished grandfather of Shelby Renee Richter and Drew Alexander Richter; dear brother-in-law of David Alan Young and his wife Suzanne.

Services and interment are private. Those desiring may make a memorial donation in Robert’s name to the Lutheran Church of the Good Shepherd, 1515 Emmorton RD, Bel Air, MD 21014. In honor of the Youth Program.
