I met Sam at the park with his puppy Dirt, we became friends as I also had a puppy. He always has a smile on his face, a smart-ass comment when the occasion called for one, and advice when needed. He was helpful, generous, and a true dog lover. I’ll miss him and Dirt, who would act so tough any time I got in the car. Until I’d say “Dirt shut up it’s just me dummy”, and he’d proceed to lick my face. I can’t believe you’re both gone.
My condolences to the family, Sam and Dirt live in our Hearts ♥️

Sam was one of my very first tax customers when I opened for 2005 tax season. he was always smiling. i remember when he got his dog and brought him in the office. He was sitting in my office several years ago when area experienced earthquake tremors. My building was shaking and we both ran outside. It was not funny at the time but we laughed later. I will miss your smile. i will miss you Sam. I pray you are praising with the angels.

I am so shocked and saddened by this news about Sam. I have such fond memories about times down the shore as a child playing with Sam and all of our cousins. Sam was such a bright and kind spirit. Vicki, Neil and Scott, my thoughts and prayers are with you in this difficult time. Much love, Claire

To all of Sam’s family,
We know that when God gifts us with a child that they are only on loan to us. However, we never expect to have them go to the Father before us. We are praying for God’s grace to console you all. It’s easy to see from the pictures and written memories that Sam was loved and left happy memories for those whose lives he touched. Our hearts ache for you. Know that you all are in our prayers.
With love, Cindy and Dave Stevens

One of a kind. I had the great pleasure of knowing Sam from a very young age. It turned out that we had a lot in common and he and I became steak and potatoes more or less. He had a huge heart which only gives credence to his awesome mother and father Victoria and Neil. There are no others like them. Their virtuous nature and kindness didn't stop with Sam as i owe Scott Lockwood a great deal of gratitude as well. Another genuine and fine human being.
Sam, I love you and can not wait to see you again. Its way too soon for you to go. My love, prayers and heart go out to the Lockwood family.
