Our sweet, courageous, beautiful Shoshanna Adelaide Drinks passed away on January 8th, 2021 at 9:15 pm while in her mother Renny Drinks arms and while laying next to her father Eric Drinks as we told her how much we love her and that she didn’t need to be afraid. Her last week of life was surrounded by so much love and people who were impacted by her presence during her short but poignant life. She was a tiny little fighter who packed a punch and battled hard against the disease that took so many things from her including her life. Shoshanna aka Shoshi was born on December 21st, 2018 and became an instant light in her parents lives. The two years she lived were filled with joys and hardships. She is the most amazing baby we ever met and our lives will not be the same without her. Our darling Shoshi will be always be remembered as a happy, beautiful, spunky, calm, loving and amazing baby. We love you so much Shoshanna.

For those of you who would like to join us in celebrating her life, we invite you watch the livestreaming of the funeral mass at St. Joseph’s Fullerton Church. Please use the following link to view virtually.

Dearest Renny & Eric,
Shoshanna will ALWAYS be Remembered and Never Forgotten...
She's in the Sun, the Wind, the Rain, She's in the Air you breathe with every breath you take. She sings a song of Hope and Cheer, there's no more pain, no more fear. You'll see her in the clouds above, hear her whisper words of LOVE, You'll be together before long, until then listen for her song...Your beautiful little girl will forever be in our hearts, her Memory everlasting in those who knew her. Too beautiful for this Earth.. We will forever treasure Shoshanna in our hearts. All Our Love,

Aileen and I are truly heartbroken by Shoshi passing away. She was a beautiful girl; who’s smile and playfulness will never be forgotten. We are honored to have known her.

P.S. I found a picture of both my son, P3, and Shoshi together and they made quite the pair.

To: Renny & Eric’s
It just feels wrong that you should have to say goodbye to your child. Whatever you’re feeling, please know you’re not alone. I’m just one of many who want to do whatever we can to support you in the weeks and months to come.

To: Shoshanna
Gone from our life forever, but never gone from our heart. We love you so much Shoshanna.

Shoshi's smile would light up the room and her laughs and giggles were contagious. I loved listening to her noises in the background during our phone calls.... and being in her presence was another level of happiness and joy.

She emulated love, and in turn was fiercely loved back.

Her spirit will forever live on.

When we met Shoshanna, we couldn’t help ourselves! She had the biggest smile and she was the happiest baby. It was easy to see how much love was in this family! They were inseparable, and they loved to laugh together. It was so amazing to witness such a strong bond between 3 people. What a blessed little girl, to have known so much love, in such a short time.

Eric and Renny, we know your hearts are broken, but Shoshi will always be with you. Please know how much love and support are surrounding you. We love you all, and we will miss Shoshanna.

Love,
The Machcinski’s

I only met Shoshanna a handful of times but the one thing that was always apparent was how loved this sweet girl is. Walking into your home and seeing you laying with her on the ground and having the lighting, sound and temperature perfect for her was something I’ve never seen before. What amazing parents she was blessed to have. I pray for comfort and peace during this very difficult time. Thank you for allowing me into your home and to meet your sweet daughter.
