Stafford was the treasured son of the late Shirley and Stafford Gaston, Sr., and a devoted and loving father to his daughters, Norah Gaston and Noelle Gaston, who meant the world to him. He shared the joy of raising Norah and Noelle with their mother, Sharon (Boone) Gaston.
Stafford was the dear brother of Eva Allen (Tyrone) and Rodney Berry; loving uncle of Jade Wilcox, Kaelyn Shaw, Courtney Shaw, Sean Allen, Ava Allen, Aaliyah Cruz, and Odesza Nabil; and cherished godfather of Nayla Abney and Nalia Abney. He will also be deeply missed by his many cousins, extended family members, and friends whose lives he touched.
Family and friends are invited to celebrate Stafford’s life on Saturday, August 15, 2026, at Community Christian Church of Perry Hall, 8009 Corporate Drive, Nottingham, Maryland 21236. Visitation will be held from 10:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m., with the Celebration of Life beginning promptly at 11:00 a.m.
A repast will follow the service at Schimunek Funeral Home, 9705 Belair Road, Nottingham, Maryland 21236.
