Treasured son of the late Dr. John Anzalone and Loretta; adored father of Nichole (Niki) Anzalone and her husband Michael Johnson and Danielle Fetrow and her husband Tony. Cherished grandfather of Jillian Fetrow, Max Fetrow, Dylan Fetrow, and Bella Cocks. Dear brother of James Anzalone and his wife Debbie. Tom is predeceased by his brothers John Anzalone II and his wife Betty and Samuel Anzalone and his surviving wife Barbara. Tom is also survived by much loving family.
Born in Baltimore, MD, Tom built a life defined by dedication, generosity, and quiet expertise. He spent his career as a computer systems analyst in the healthcare field. Outside of work, he found joy in the simple pleasures of life — a good round of golf, long bicycle rides, and cheering on the Baltimore Ravens. For the past 15 years, he made his home in The Villages, Florida, a place he truly loved and enjoyed to the fullest.
A talented handyman and an exceptional cook, Tom was known for fixing just about anything around the house and teaching those around him how to do it too. A true Italian, he enjoyed a good meal and especially loved Maryland Silver Queen corn on the cob and crabs. He loved music, especially classics by the Doobie Brothers and Frank Sinatra, which often filled his home.
Above all, Tom was a wonderful Dad, devoted to his family and immensely proud of his two daughters. He took great joy in teaching them how to ride bicycles, drive a car and fish and crab, sharing patience, humor, and life lessons along the way. His warmth, generosity, and love for life will be remembered by all who knew him.
Services for the family will be announced at a later date.
