Victor Nicholas Mosca, age 79, of Parkville, MD passed away on February 19, 2024. He was the beloved husband of the late Jane M. Mosca; devoted father of Victor A. Mosca and his wife Marcey, and the late Cecelia R. Mosca; cherished stepfather of James G. Cosby, Jr. and his wife Uschi; loving grandfather of Anthony N. Alezzy, Nadia Alezzy, and Brooke C. Mosca; beloved step-grandfather of Christopher Cosby; dear brother of Josephine Misek, Alphonse Mosca, Antoinette Mosca, and Michael Mosca.
Victor spent many years as a local musician. He was a member of several bands, such as Fusion and Big Boy Blues Band to name a few. He was also a dedicated football coach for many rec leagues and high schools in the area.
Family and friends are invited to gather at Schimunek Funeral Home, 9705 Belair RD, Nottingham, MD 21236, on Monday, February 26, 2024, from 2-4 PM and 6-8 PM. A Funeral service will be held on Tuesday, February 27, 2024, at 10 AM, at the funeral home. Interment will follow at Parkwood Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made in Victor’s name to the Wounded Warrior Project at www.woundedwarriorproject.org
