Jamie and I are so saddened by Frank's passing. How fortunate our children were to live two doors up from Mr. Frank when they were young. A kind man that was a grandfather to every child on the street. They giggled with delight every time he magically pulled a quarter out of their ear and handed it to them with a wink. How fortunate we were to have such a great neighbor always willing to lend a tool, or lend a hand. He was loved by all and will be greatly missed.
