Glaser and his wife Shannon, and Patrick R. Glaser and his fiancé Lauren Barr; loving grandfather of Alissa and Blair Glaser, and Andrew Rubino; dear brother of Richard Glaser and his wife Cheri; cherished brother-in-law of Paul High and his wife Marisol.

Services and interment are private. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made in David's name to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, 262 Danny Thomas Place, Memphis, TN 38105.
