On January 20, 2026 William "Bill" "Wink" Charles Winkler passed away. He was the beloved husband of the late Linda M. Winkler (nee Parks); devoted father of Stacy L. Winkler (John Reichert); step-father of Melissa A. Rider and the late Sean Williar and Colleen Williar; loving son of the late William and Rose Winkler; dear brother of Gary Winkler (Mary), Robert Winkler (Denise), Louis Winkler (Donna), and the late John Winkler (Ann).
Relatives and friends are invited to visit at Schimunek Funeral Home Inc., 9705 Belair Rd. Nottingham, MD 21236 on Wednesday, January 28, 2026 from 2-4 and 6-8 PM, where a Funeral Service will be held on Thursday, January 29, 2026 at 10:00 AM. Interment will follow at Holly Hill Memorial Gardens.
