On January 19, 2019, Winifred B. Grumbine; beloved wife of the late Theodore J. Grumbine; devoted mother of Charles “Ted” Grumbine and wife Linda, Steven Grumbine and wife Karen, Eileen Grumbine Phelps and husband Mark; loving grandmother of Brooks and Andrew Phelps; dear sister of Kathleen Leese and her late husband Roy, Eileen McGee and her late husband Joseph and the late Mary Conner and her late husband David.

Relatives and friends will gather at Schimunek Funeral Home, Inc., 9705 Belair Rd., Nottingham MD 21236, on Tuesday, January 22, 2019, 3-5 & 7-9 p.m. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Wednesday, January 23, 2019, 10:30 a.m. at St. Joseph Church (Fullerton). Interment St. Joseph Church Cemetery.
