Chuck was always so warm and friendly.  His presence just made you feel comfortable. I am glad that I was able to spend time with this man in the last years of his life, and hope that I was able to bring him happiness and joy during his rough times with medical treatments and the like.  I will miss him greatly and the world has lost a great soul with his passing.

Carol, we're sorry for your lost.  We enjoyed our small group bible study that both you and Chuck hosted in your home in the mid 1980's with Jim Wickersham as leader. Chuck was such a man of God. In my mind, he was the last of the good guys. Due to a job transfer, Denella and I moved out of Marin County and VBC in the late 1980's. One of the regrets of moving is moving away from a fine couple such as you and Chuck. 

We're  looking forward to meet Chuck in glory.

Things I will remember about Chuck.  He was always so happy to see me, everyone on Sunday mornings.  He read the bible cover to cover every year.  He loved Carol and his children with great joy.  When he laughs, it would fill the room.  Love you chuck,  see you again someday.  Stacey Olsen
