Age 76, of Petaluma, CA passed away of natural causes on Monday June 17, 2013. Ray was born October 22, 1936 in Lonoke, Arkansas. He was married for 43 years to Alice who passed away in 2003. Ray is survived by his son Alan Beggs, daughter Terri Kuhn, brother Charles Beggs, sister Emogene Larsen, four grandchildren, and two great-grandchildren. A loving husband and father who was a Navy veteran, electrician and electrical contractor, who enjoyed fishing, hunting, camping, and flying. A grave side service will be held Friday June 28 at 10:00 a.m. at Valley Memorial Park in Novato, and a Celebration of his life will be held at the Petaluma Elk's Lodge from 12:00 - 3:30 p.m. In lieu of flowers, please donate to the Parkinson Institute at "thepi.org".
