Renee Denise (Silva) Rose On April 23, 2010, Renee 59, went peacefully to the Lord. She will be dearly missed by her son Edwin Joseph Rose III, daughter Jamee Renee Rose, grandchildren Nathen, Carissa, and James Rose, and by her sister, Cynthia Sletto. Renee was born September 18, 1950, in San Jose, CA to Catherine Elvira Caramella and Albert Silva, and was raised in the home of her mother and her stepfather, Allan Martin Sletto. In 1974, she married Edwin Joseph Rose Jr., and they raised their two children in San Jose. In 1997, she moved to the North Bay to be closer to her mother. A memorial Mass to celebrate Renee's life will be held April 28, at 2:00 PM at St. Anthony's Catholic Church, 1000 Cambridge Street, Novato, CA. In lieu of flowers, the family suggests donations in Renee's memory to the American Diabetes Association , the National Multiple Sclerosis Society, or the charity of one's choice.
