Condolences to Vera's loved ones. I worked with Vera at Pacific Bell TSPS in Greenbrae. She was always so helpful to everyone & full of positive  energy. I'll always remember her delicious New England clam chowder! HUGs & Prayers

Vera has been a beloved member of our extended family for many years, first as my mother's loyal friend for decades and then continuing as the matriarch in our family after mother's passing in 2007. Little did we all know that Vera would share her last Thanksgiving dinner at our table only a month ago. Dear Vera's presence will be missed by all of us whose lives she touched by her thoughtful care and devotion to family, friends, strangers and  whenever a need arose. Vera was a blessing in our lives. We both shared the enduring grief that only bereaved mothers can understand. My family is honored to have known Vera and we will treasure the memories that she made with us. God bless you, Vera with love, Carole & Gary Bonnici

I knew Vera as a kid & teenager.  She was always very unexpectingly kind.  Her home made baked goodies during the holidays were so uplifting and delicious.  Even though I was just a kid she showed me respect and kindness.  She will always be symbolic of kindness and be a positive memory of someone important during my childhood.  I am glad I was able to thank such a great person before she passed.  Thank you Vera - you will be in my heart & memories especially during the holidays I get to retell your acts of kindness!

I so wish I could be at the service, I know my dad would have wanted me to be. I will always remember my time with Aunt Vera. The girls still love there hats and scarfs she made them! RIP Aunt Vera - you'll be missed! Tell dad I say hello!
