Bill was a childhood friend and then we connected once again as teenagers in hign school.  We use to ride our bikes, played in the playhouse (perhaps a shed?)at his house.  Was always a nice fella and fun.  God bless his family at this time of loss.  You will all be in my prayers.  God bless.

To the family of Bill Plummer! It has been many years since I saw Bill, but I did get a chance to talk to him last summer while he was visiting my brother Joe. I would have loved to have had the chance to see him again!  But, I will always remember him as that handsome guy from high school that lived on the next block from us.  He was not only a nice looking guy but also a very nice person to be around.  I have a lot of good memories of those years past.  I am so very sorry for your loss and I will keep you all in my prayers during this time of sorrow.  God Bless you all.

We love and miss you, dad.  I am so grateful for the past five years.  It has been awesome to get to know you all over again!  I will cherish the special memories... breakfasts at Willow Wood with Michael, movies in the middle of the week (to avoid the crowds ;), the six weeks that you stayed with us the summer of 2011, the conversations that we had about life... and many, many more. May you finally be at peace. Rest up, pappy... we'll see you again in the future!

To the Plummer Family: My heartfelt condolences to you all.  Bill and I met when we were eight or nine years old and continued a friendship that extended over sixty years.  During this time, especially during the early part,we shared many experiences growing up around the block from each other.  This continued through junior high and high school.  Bill joined the Navy moved to California began raising children working and so forth where sometimes only a Christmas card, an occasional visit or a phone call was enough to sustain the friendship.  As time went on and each of us grew older (probably not wiser) Bill began about five or six years ago visiting Michigan in the summertime. It was during this time that renewing a more consistant friendship brought out all the past stories of our exploits (they seemed to grow in grandure) but nevertheless a renewal of memories past. I will miss you so much old friend. We go way back to 1956. Memories of double dating including being all dressed up in our prom outfits then getting pulled over for drag racing even before the dance started. Fortunately, the cop felt sorry for us with the 4 of us sitting there in a convertible all decked out & gave us a warning.
  The years passed & the miles between us were many but we always stayed in touch & I'm especially grateful that the last 4 or 5 years Bill would come to Michigan & stay with me & for a week or so we would get together with Joe to laugh & remember the good old days. Now memories are all we have but they're good memories & that's not bad!

Every time I use my HealthMaster, my treadmill, and my SlenderTone, I will remember you, Bill Plummer.  Thanks for your honesty and your willingness to listen. You are missed already. My condolences go out to your loving family.  May you Rest in Peace.

I have fond memories of Bill.  After Laurie and I forged our strong relationship, Bill and Sharon invited us into their home regularly.  We had such great times, particularly at Christmas and Thanksgiving.  I always enjoyed swapping tales of the military and police work with him (my father was both a cop and a military officer).  We laughed about many stories that under no circumstances can I relate here.  Farewell Bill...you will be missed amigo.
