I just found out recently of your passing AJ . How u n I and R.I.P. Buddy did our time lk we were in high school not inside IDOC. I was trying to locate you when I entered your name and found out this sad news. Im sorry old buddy I wasn’t there when u came home. I should of reached out . He always had the best smile and personality.  He loved his family with his whole heart.  Most of my memories of Adam was when I was young so it's hard to remember a whole lot.  But I knew he loved me.

Adam lived on our street when he was young.  Whenever I was out in the yard or garage he would come by and ask if he could help. One time I was doing some heavy landscape work.  He did not even ask---he just joined in and helped me get the job done.  He was a good boy and man.

He always care for and loved all of his family members.  No matter what was going on in the family.  It is important to carry on this memory of him and keep love in our hearts for family, friends and anyone that needs caring for.

Adam and you came over to celebrate my 39th Anniversary and I remember how Adam's heart was wide open to give love and receive love.


A. J. was one of the most infectious, intelligent, and charismatic men I ever knew.  My best story is when while at my barbershop getting his hair cut, another client of mine came in for his appointment.  His name is Orie.  He is physically and mentally challenged but full of life.  Adam was so moved by Orie's enthusiasm and magnetism that he bought this total complete stranger a brand new pair of Michael Jordan gym shoes.

As an example of Adam's "far reaching love and influence" as so many spoke of during this beautiful service.  My Parents, Rita and Bill and Laura and myself have experienced Adam's charming charisma in his work.
He cam to our home asking if we needed a new roof.  Why, as a matter of face, we did.
In the days and weeks following, to our surprise, this wonderful man became a special friend to us.
It is an understatement to say that to know him is to love him.  He was above and beyond helpful, supportive, friendly, dynamic, warm, and yes loving to complete strangers.  He spent hours with us and then we found that we were his "first roof".
I would have believed that he was a seasoned roof project manager with years of experience.  But aside from that, his big personality left a lasting impression on us.  What a gift to have met him.
God bless you all.  You are all so very blessed to have been in his heart and he in yours.  I can see this very clearly, being an outsider looking in.  I wish I knew him longer/better.

One summer day a beautiful young man came to my door.  He seemed very confident and asked if he could inspect my roof for hail damage.  I knew right then he could be trusted and not scamming us.  After all was said and done, he sat on my couch, beer in hand and said, "I have to tell you, this was my first job as a product manager for O'Danny Boy"  We had a good laugh and many more after that.  I met Angela through him and loved her and Adam right away.  There's a ceramic frog in the babies room that is from us...I hope to tell Santino how we loved his daddy and gave that frog to Santino hoping he'll remember us too.  May God bless Adam, Angela, Santino--Who couldn't love Adam?

I remember the way he loved stories.  He was loyal, strong, wild..for sure wild.  He was proud of his life, his house, his relationships, his job, his sons, his daughter.  His legacy is those kids.  I'm sad.  He effected my life.  He was so important to me.

The times I spent with Adam were joyful.  They were family events where he was so happy.  He was always quick with the greatest hugs and smiles.  You could tell how much he valued family.  There is a piece missing and void in the world without him for sure.

I will never forget our parents leaving us alone during the summers in Dyer.  We had the best time swimming in our green pool!  That never stopped us.  We are lucky.  We didn't get dysentary!  I will miss you so much cousin.  You will forever hold a special place in my heart.  We will make sure to take care of the kids and Angela.

So sorry to hear of Adam’s untimely passing. Although distance has prevented my meeting Adam, I know my niece, Angela, was looking forward to a life with him. My love and prayers go out to the entire family, but most of all to Angela. ❤️❤️❤️❤️

Mr. and Mrs. Jobbe, Terry, Angela. I’m sorry for your loss. I have some good memories goofing around with Adam back in they day. Any time we ran into each, no matter how long it had been, we always said “brothers don’t shake hands, brothers got to hug” (Chris Farley “Tommy Boy”).

Adam spent many hours at my house with my son and his friend, Michael when they were teenagers.  Adam would come in the house and start to sing to me some really cheesy song.  It made laugh so much, and he did it over and over again.  And I will never forget finding Adam and Michael sitting on my roof and riding  on a large piece of cardboard off of it into the bushes.  He had a really big heart and a wonderful sense of humor.  He will be missed by all those who loved him.  I'm deeply sorry for your loss.  He is in my prayers.
