Anita A Nayder

Anita Alice Nayder, age 87, passed away peacefully January 9th, 2024 at her home in Manteno, Illinois. Anita was the youngest child of Knute and Maria Werner. She was the beloved wife of the late Elbert “Bud” whom she married on May 10, 1958. Together, they raised 5 sons whom Anita cherished more than life itself. Anita was the mother of John (Lisa), Jim (Carol), Roy (Paula), the late Ron, and Rick (Cathy); loving grandmother to Justin (Lauren) Nayder, Stefanie and Zachary Nayder, Amanda Nayder, Jessica (Jim) Miglieri, Kyle (Emily) Nayder , Roy Jr. (Eva) Nayder, Samantha (Danny) Hartnett, Angela (Brian) Nolan, Kim Wasny, Ronny Nayder, Allison (Kevin) Bergman, Laura and Emily Nayder; great grandmother to Avery and Blake Nayder, Ryan Nayder, Vincent and Myah Miglieri, Roy Nayder III and Blake Bergman; special grandmother to Tony and Jamie; special great-grandmother to Kayla, Joe and Brayden.

Fond sister to the late Ruth, late Betty, late Nora, late Dick and the late Ron, the late Elvie, late Norma and late Jackie. "Aunt Neets" to numerous nieces and nephews.

In retirement, Anita volunteered at the Manteno Veterans' Home. She enjoyed the camaraderie and the friendships she made over her 20 years there.
