Dorothy Christine Grzelak

Loving mother of Linda (Tom) Zych, Jay (Lynn) Grzelak, Tim (Edana) Grzelak, Bill (Cara) Grzelak, Michael (Lisa) Grzelak and Laura (Scott) Stangel. She cherished her 11 grandchildren and 7 great grandchildren and many nieces and nephews. Dorothy leaves behind her brothers Bob (Toni) Migler, Jim (Laurie) Migler and Don Migler and sisters-in-law Joan Migler and Teresa Migler.

She was preceded in death by her parents Carney & Jenny Migler, loving partner Joe Vani, son Robert Grzelak, great granddaughter Penny Zych, sister Ceclia Tomaszewski, brothers, Al, Ray, Ron, David, brother-in-law Stan Tomaszewaki, sisters-in law, Helen, Pat, Helen, and Marge.

Dorothy was raised with deep appreciation for family, loyalty and hard work. She will be remembered for the love she had for her family, generous heart and work ethic and the countless memories she shared with those closest to her.

Family and friends are invited to gather for visitation Thursday June 11, 2026 from 10:00 am – 1:00 pm with a Chapel Service at 12:00 pm at Chapel Garden Hills South Funeral Home, 11133S. Central Ave., Oak Lawn, Il. Burial will be private on Friday June 12, 2026.
