Loving father of Francine (Joseph) Westergaard, Laura (Jamie) Call, Suzanne (Scot) Allred, Michael Shields, and Tina (Brian) Grandchamp. Cherished grandfather of Mary, Sara, Joseph, Matthew, Jacob, Alexander, Walker, Grace, and Katie. Great grandfather of Amilia, Steven, and Jackson. Fond brother of the late Daniel, James, and Valerian Shields. Many loving nieces and nephews. Frederick was a proud 67 year member of the Plumbers Union Local 130 and an avid bowler.
