Joan E. Gustafik, age 89, of Orland Park, Illinois passed away on Thursday, April 13th, 2023. Beloved wife of the late Robert Gustafik Sr.; loving mother of Robert (Tina) Gustafik Jr., Joanne (Brian) Ward and Ken (Norma) Gustafik; cherished grandmother of Matt (Katie) Ward, Robbie (Marilyn) Gustafik, Brandi (Jeremy) DiGangi, Corey (Melissa) Gustafik, Mike Ward, Jeremiah and Elias Soto, Melanie and Mitchell Ward, Adam Gustafik, the late Ashley Gustafik and great grandmother of Addison Ward, Hailee and Ashlynn Gustafik, Matthew and Mackenzie Ward, Auston Gustafik and Evan DiGangi; dear sister of Lois (late Dan) Martino, Traci (late Frank) Rosen and the late Arthur (late Alice) Schultz and late Eileen (late Jesse) Bohannon; Devoted Godmother of Debi Skowron, Kathy Christian, Dwight Martino and Dale Bohannon; fond cousin, aunt and friend to many.

Friends and family will gather for a visitation for Joan that will be held Thursday, April 20th, 2023 from 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM at Chapel Hill Gardens South Funeral Home, 11333 South Central Avenue, Oak Lawn, Illinois 60453. We will gather again for a funeral service on Friday, April 21st, 2023 at 10:00 AM at Chapel Hill Gardens South Funeral Home. Interment to follow at Chapel Hill Gardens South Cemetery, 11333 South Central Avenue, Oak Lawn, Illinois 60453.
