Beloved wife of 57 years to Victor Fantozzi; loving daughter of Helen Swanson, dear sister of Walter Swanson, Dorothy (David) Jacques, Doloris (Leo) Jagielski, Ruth (Michael) Pizzuto; cherished and phenomenal aunt to many nieces and nephews; proud great-grand aunt and great great-grand aunt ; devoted grandmother to Jimmy. LaVerne was a talented professional vocalist who sang in various orchestras in the 1940’s. She enjoyed bowling, caring for animals and time spent with family. Funeral Thursday 11am at Chapel Hill Gardens South Funeral Home 11333 S. Central Ave. Oak Lawn. Visitation Wednesday 3-8pm.
