As a niece of my Aunt Marie, when I think of her I remember that she was always very polite and ladylike. She was always well-dressed and kind to me. She attended family functions for her nieces and nephews, even after Uncle Leo passed. I remember her perfect posture and poise. I spent many weekends at Aunt Marie and Uncle Leo's house as a young girl having a great time with Elyse, Dianne, and Renee'. Having no brothers around was a treat and Uncle Leo always made us laugh playing games. No surprise that the girls were made to attend Charm School at Sears. That was typical Aunt Marie.
I will remember her fondly as a loving Aunt and loving sister of my
deceased mother, Colette and Aunt Rita.
