Patricia "Pat" Werner, 72, of Mukwonago, WI, formerly of Oak Lawn, IL, passed away on January 9, 2025. Beloved Wife of the late Tom for a loving 45 years. Loving Mother of Sarah, Karen Metzger, and Tom (Christina). Dear Grandmother of Jasmine, Kayla, Autumn Metzger, Nolan Metzger, Evan Metzger, Miles, and Alex, and Great- Grandmother of Carter. Beloved Daughter of the late Bill and Marlis Lee. Dear Sister of Kathy (Jim) Alongi, Sandy (Steve) Green, and the late Bill Lee. "Aunt Pat" to many nieces and nephews.
Pat was very proud of her flower gardens and was always happy to cook a meal for family and friends.
A Memorial for Pat will take place Sunday, February 16, 2025 at 2:00 PM at Chapel Hill Gardens South Funeral Home, 11333 S. Central Ave. Oak Lawn, IL 60453.
