Rhi's memory will live on in all the people she loved and all the lives she touched. God must have needed all the free spirits in heaven because Tim Curry and Dolly Parton joined Rhi. I'm glad she's no longer suffering. She had THE BEST hubby and kids. In the few times I visited their house(I lived across the street) I could feel the love and quality of love they had for one another. I'll never forget the pizza I had while visiting Rhi in the hospital... Not bad for hospital food! Sending all my love and strength during this most difficult time. Save me a seat up there, Rhi💓

Rhi was one of the first Lyme friends I made in Chicago, and true to Lyme form, our first in-person meetup was in a hospital. 

We’d eventually have several others outside of the hospital, like the Lyme Walk in Barrington and dance competitions and Hamburger Mary’s in Andersonville. 

Our friendship was a blessing to me in the early, uncertain years of diagnosis and treatment. 

Rhi fought with every ounce of energy and strength she had. and she lived for Zak and her kids. 

Though I’m heartbroken to learn her battle on this earth has come to an end, I rejoice in knowing she is now pain-free. 

Rest in peace, Rhi. We will miss you.

Rhiannon always made our Maggie feel safe and loved and that she had a home away from home. She was a great mother and overall human being.  I will pray that you family find peace and comfort during this difficult time.

I am deeply sorry for your loss. My thoughts and prayers are with you and your family.

Mrs. Rhi has been close to me and my family since before I was even born. I always knew her as someone I could talk to when I thought I had nobody else. Even when I’d come over to chat or play games with Koda, I’d 9 times out of 10 get myself caught up in talking to Rhi. She was so funny and such a bright person. She was a second mother to me, and she’d always be there when we needed her. One night my mom’s blood pressure spiked dramatically, and she couldn’t drive herself to the hospital. I called Koda and Mrs. Rhi got word and drove to the house in the middle of the night. She actually had forgot the last digit of our house number and knocked on the wrong door twice and despite all that, she still came to help my mom. She was so strong minded and she didn’t let her lyme disease bring her down. She would always comfort me and my family when my dad had turned out to be a bad person. She told my mom she was a good mom despite everything. Mrs. Rhi was an amazing mom herself and an amazing wife. I always remember seeing Zac and Rhi outside by the table or the fire, talking and playing music. Rhi always had an open mind and was always listening to whatever I had to say. She would give guidance I couldn’t get anywhere else. Rhi was always in and out of the hospital since I was little. She was strong and she fought a long and tough battle. I don’t think many others could’ve lived the life that Rhi  lived if life had dealt them the same cards. She had her lows while fighting lyme, but her highs were so amazing. It’s hard for me to think of the house without her being there, outside by the table, laying on the couch with Apony, or laying in her room on her phone. I know that she’s in a much better place with her grandpa, Shiane, and Bodie. My heart aches for Zac, Koda, and the girls. Zac is a strong man, a good father and was an even greater husband to Rhi. I know they’ll all get through this together, and they won’t ever forget the amazing person Rhi was. I love you guys❤️

My heart goes out to Zak and his children, as well as Rhiannon's extended family and friends. Zak and I worked together years ago, and I remember how his face would light up when he spoke of her. May your memories of Rhiannon bring comfort to everyone who knew and loved her. Sending my deepest condolences to you all.

Mrs. Rhia and I had the most fun and deep conversations ever. I loved chatting with her so much, and she helped me with so much in my life. She was someone who let me call her in the middle night if I needed her advice. She was such a great person, and I’m happy I got to spend the time with her that I did. 

I’ll miss you Mrs. Rhia, your genuine hugs, and our wonderful conversations. 🩷
