Patty and Mike,
My heart breaks for the both of you. I can still hear your mother yelling from your front porch "Robert John" as it was time for dinner. You could hear her voice all the way from Tripp Ave. to Westlawn Park. Man, he came running. A fun kid that's for sure. He's now with your mom and dad. God Bless

Hi My Friend This is not a good bye, but will see you soon again. Bobby had his own identity with me , being cousins and family his greeting when we got together it was Hi My Friend and his trading floor voice will always be a memory and will always remember him by that and being family, it goes all the way back as kids when we would spend Christmas morning at the Lamplot house on Tripp Ave. You will be missed by all , but asure you we will be all together again some day God Bless You, and all of our prayers go out to your brother Mike and sister Patty and the rest of the family, Celebrate Life to a Good Man

The Chief:
An Icon can describe a person closely linked too or representative of an idea or set of ideals; In this case a Tribe a band of individuals and like minded athletes that loved people, Rugby and Rugby “games” ;)
Bobby was a Rugby Icon, an iron jawed American Rugger of the ‘70’s and 80’s and an SIU Old Load forever, which means so much more than words can describe. Proud to play alongside Lambsy on the Salukis and most of all honored to be his pal.

My Dear Bobby,
You were my daughters soulmate, and now you are together again. For that I am happy , but it leaves another hole in my heart to lose you too. I will always pray for you and never forget you. I love you and thank you for being a part of our lives.
