Russell Byrne, age 74, of Tampa, Florida passed away on Tuesday, April 1, 2025. A memorial visitation will be held on Monday June 30th, 2025 from 10:00am until 12:00pm, with a chapel prayer service set to begin at 10:30am at Chapel Hill Garden South Funeral Home 11333 S. Central Ave, Oak Lawn.
