Ruth Harenberg

Ruth was born November 4, 1929 in Chicago, IL to the late Henry and Dena Beezhold.

Ruth was the loving wife for over 39 years to the late Robert Harenberg; devoted mother to Steven (Patricia) Harenberg and Scott (Rebecca) Harenberg; cherished grandmother Steve (Marisa) Harenberg Jr., Debbie (Jeremy) Middleton, Michael (Megan) Harenberg; loving great-grandmother to Patrick Herenberg, Samantha Middleton, Haley Harenberg, Ella Middleton, Sawyer Harenberg, Owen Harenberg, and Colton Harenberg; loving sister to the late Frank (Kay) Beezhold, the late Harry Beezhold, the late Don (Winnie) Beezhold, the late Art (Jean) Beezhold, Dorothy (the late Richard) Brink-Schutt, Hank (Adelle) Beezhold, and Joe (Judy) Beezhold; sister-in-law, Dorothy Beezhold.

She was a faithful member of Kedvale Christian Reform Church of Oak Lawn, and was a member of Grace Presbyterian Church in Peoria for last 25 years. Ruth was an avid outdoorswoman, loved going to the lake house and fishing. She was a devoted mother and grandmother and great-grandmother "G.G." and will be missed by all who loved her.

Visitation will be Friday, October 19, 2018 from 10:00 am until the time of her funeral services at 1:00 pm at Chapel Hill Gardens South Funeral Home (11333 South Central Ave.; Oak Lawn, IL 60453). Burial will be immediately after in Chapel Hill Gardens South Memorial Gardens.
