Bruce Edward Piotter, age 83, formerly of Lombard, Illinois, long time resident of Crystal Lake, Illinois, passed away peacefully on March 6, 2025. Beloved husband of the late Ursula Piotter nee Bernoth; Loving father of John Piotter and Kate (Ed) Stevens; Cherished Opa of Brandon Stevens and Sarah (Jeff) Winkler; Adored great grandfather of Olivia. Bruce loved spending time with family and enjoyed holiday celebrations and family dinners. He was an avid sports fan and had an encyclopedic knowledge of Chicago baseball. Bruce was always known to have a good story to tell or historical fact to share.
He will be missed dearly by all who knew him.
Family and Friends will gather for a Visitation on Thursday, March 13th from 10am-12pm, following with a Funeral Service at 12pm located at Chapel Hill Gardens West Funeral Home & Cemetery. Interment will take place on cemetery grounds.
