Preceded in death by his parents Nicholas and Anastasia Karamas, and his loving wife Arlene. Survived by 4 daughters Gayle Dworak (Jim) Janice Darawsheh (Gus) Sheri Muhitch (Ron) and Sandi Troutman (Rick) 7 Grandchildren and 16 Great Grandchildren. Also survived by 2 sisters Joyce Karamas and Shirley Kappos (Gus) and his devoted companion Margaret Gorman along with nieces and nephews. He grew up in Chicago, attended Farragut High School. He was a WWII Army Veteran. He was a lifelong dedicated IBEW local 134 union electrician. He proudly helped restore the USS Silverside submarine.
Funeral services will be held on Monday, January 14th, 2019 visitation 10:00am until time of service at 1:00 pm at Chapel Hill Gardens West Funeral Home 17W201 Roosevelt Road Oakbrook Terrace, IL Interment Chapel Hill Gardens West Cemetery.
