Gail D. Hadley

Gail Dorothy (nee Neumann) Hadley was born June 24, 1951 to Raymond Herman and Doris Caroline Neumann. Her siblings are Gloria Jean Meyer (nee Neumann) and Raymond Edmund Neumann. She was baptized in July, of 1951 in Cicero, IL, and confirmed June 6, 1965 at Grace Ev. Lutheran Church in Chicago. In 1970, she met Richard Micheal Hadley and they were married on December 18, 1971 (at Grace Ev. Lutheran Church). She graduated from University of Illinois-College of Nursing in 1973 with a BSN. She worked as an operating room nurse for 35 years. Richard and Gail were blessed with two children, Jonathan Richard (born January 6, 1982) and Allison Elizabeth (born in September 24, 1986). Richard and Gail began their married life in the Chicago area, then moved to California for 13 years, where their children were born. They returned to the Chicago area and settled in Lombard, IL. Richard passed away on August 15, 2004. A few years later, Gail moved to Westmont, IL and then to Romeoville, IL. She is survived by her children, her siblings, her brothers-in-laws: Alan (Lynn) Hadley, David Hadley, Stephen (Nancy) Hadley and Thomas (Debbie) Hadley, many nephews, nieces and great nieces and nephews. Visitation at Chapel Hill Gardens West Funeral Home, 17w201 Roosevelt Rd., Oakbrook Terrace, IL 60181 on Sunday June 14, 2015 from 3-8pm where a funeral service will take place on Monday June 15, 2015 at 11am, with a visitation from 10am-11am. Burial at Chapel Hill Gardens West Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, donations to the family are appreciated.
