To all of the Iaccinos. I just found out about the passing of "jerry". It is hard to believe this has happened at such a young age. I remember the good times growing up on Adams street. Our childhood was something to remember. My condolonces.

Weegee -You ARE the best brother anyone could have!! It's been almost a year now since you left us and I am still not believing you're not going to call me up and mess with me. I am having a very hard time seeing the keyboard while I write this and it's taken this long to get this far. I have started to write this before but never got this far so I hope I can finish it this time.
 I can still remember you coming over to my house in the morning when you worked out of my garage. You were barely awake and I was just getting home from work so I got to mess with you while you tried to drink your coffee and wake up. If you took too long to wake up I would whack you in the forehead with your coffee mug and that would do it. You made the most precious face of bewilderment and shock every time. It was so funny that you couldn't help but start laughing. We always did a lot of laughing together and I miss that the most. Even in the last few months when my heart was breaking when I would take you to your dialysis treatments, we would laugh about stuff all the way there and back. When Quinn was with us you would have him laughing too and he misses you now too. I am glad at least that he has fond memories of his great uncle Weegee.
 How I wish that I could just whack you right now. Without you around, the world may still turn but it turns much slower and without as much love because you truly loved your fellow man like no one I know. It didn't matter who they were or what walk of life they were from - if they needed help, they got it from you. 
You have touched countless (and I mean COUNTLESS) lives and have made so many true friends in your shortened time on this earth. You have given love and now you have deservedly received that love back. I am quite sure you were received into heaven with the words from God; "Well done my good and faithful servant". 
 I miss you and love you my big brother and so does this world.

I M so sad 2 hear this. I was a Bellwood girl, & the 3 Iaccino boys were my friends. We all hung out, how fun, ... Jeanie Lopardo was in this group of us, she lived by u guys, I was on Rice St. The world Lost out, & Heaven has gained. xoxo

My condolences go out to Jerry's family during this very difficult time. I remember Jerry very well as he was a good friend of the family. He was the son my dad never had that talked about cars as much as he did. The world has lost a good soul, may he have eternal peace.

I, along with Ms. Madeline Schiro, will always remember the awesome cakes he brought to her birthday parties!:)  I was not lucky enough to know Gerry well, but I feel as if I do from all of the wonderful things his niece and my best friend Jennifer has told me. I wish I would have had the chance to have a drink with him sometime.  My thoughts are with you and you are all in my heart.  I am so very sorry for this tremendous loss.

It is with a heavy heart that we Arlis' give our condolences.  Although we were unable to be there to support the Iaccino family and express our sorrows, we sent our prayers from afar.  My father Mike lit a candle at Notre Dame cathedral in Paris shortly after he heard the news of Jerry's passing.    Jerry was a kind and caring man who was always a pleasure to be around.  He will be greatly missed in our lives.  Love you Terri, you're in our prayers.

I am so very sorry to hear that Gerry passed...and so sorry I couldn't attend the wake to say goodbye but my dad, Donny did go. He is going to miss a great friend and buisness partner and also my guy to call when we had an issue with our computer.  Whenever he called my dad, dad would say Uncle Gerrrr...lol..Too bad he gone so soon but like dad said he is a PRETTY AWESOME INDIVIDUAL

  To Terri , Gerry's family and friends and Gerry himself ( I know he's looking down on us) I've known Gerry for over 30 yrs since he had his auto body shop and rectory building. I worked for Ill Bell at the time and met him on my repair visit to his building. After I finished my work he asked me if I could come back later and install some jacks for him. Well the rest is history. I could tell from his personality that we would be seeing alot of each other.Since that day we became great friends and partners in our phone and computer buisnes( P.A.I. PRETTY AWESOME INDVIDUAL) THATS HOW HE CAME UP WITH THE NAME !!!.I met many friends and buisness associates of Gerry and everyone of them spoke highly of Gerry and so have I. So good friend I along with evry person we met along the way will miss you dearly ! (P.S. God must have needed a PRETTY AWESOME INDIVIDUAL up there !)

I was at the funeral Mass today for Jerry and it was so very sad.  But what I saw that so impressed me was the love and closeness of his wonderful family and many friends.  Your love and support for each other and faith will help get you through this.  I will always remember his laughter and never forget his courage and strength.  God bless you.

I met Jerry from his P.A.I. days. A true friend, a great human being who always cared about others. He was always serving his fellow man. He will truly be missed. My prayer is that God gives comfort to the Iaccino family for their loss.
