Jim was born in Chicago on Dec. 3, 1925 and graduated from Oak Park River Forest High School, University of Richmond and Northwestern University Medical School.
He was predeceased by his parents, sister, Grace Price, and his loving wife of 65 years, Harriet. Jim was the loving father of Jay (Margaret) and Jill (Robert) and grandfather of Emily, Sarah, Chris, Scott, and Jenni.
A memorial service will be held at 2 pm Saturday April 30 at Chapel Hill Gardens West Funeral Home, 17W201 Roosevelt Road, Oakbrook Terrace.
Interment will be held privately. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to The Rotary Foundation at 14280 Collection Center Drive, Chicago, IL 60693.
