Mr. John L. Sada passed away, peacefully, Sunday, December 13, 2009.Mr. Sada was a first lieutenant of the 837th Squadron Air Corps during World War II. He was a longtime school board member in Elementary School District 48, serving as past secretary, a president of the Oakbrook Terrace Park District for several years, a former alderman in the city of Oakbrook Terrace and a founding member of Faith Community Church.He was the beloved husband of the late Evelyn T. Sada (1998); loving father of John E. (Deborah) Sada and Janice L. Fick; grand-father of Alison and Douglas Fick, and John, Kevin and Lauren Sada; brother of Vilma (the late Ron) White; and uncle of many nieces and nephews.
