

She graduated from Immaculate Heart of Mary High School, Westchester, Illinois in 1978.
She worked as a Data Entry Specialist at Pampered Chef and other companies in the Western Suburbs.
Her greatest love was being a homemaker and taking care of her grandson Axel.
Lisa’s passions were many. She was an animal lover and had many dogs and cats throughout her life. She was an avid reader often reading a book a day. Her favorites were biographies. She loved a good bargain. She was an avid coupon clipper. Her passion was a good garage or estate sale always uncovering the best finds for her family and friends. But most of all she loved spending her time with family and friends especially her grandson Axel.
She is preceded in death by her mother Joyce (Garrigus) Loquercio Casey, her father Sebastian Loquercio, and her stepfather Thomas H. Casey.
She is survived by her husband Steven Forslin, her daughter Jennifer (Kuzma) Smith, her grandson Axel Smith, her sister Mary Carol Loquercio Kolecki (Thomas), her brothers Robert Loquercio (Veronica), Anthony Loquercio (Danielle), her nephews Robert M. Wyka (Beverly), Robert S. Loquercio, Parker S. Loquercio, Beckett S. Loquercio, her nieces Ashley (Loquercio) Rojnica , Katie Loquercio, her great nieces and nephews Violet, Ivy and Austin Wyka.
Family and friends are invited to attend visitation and Service at Chapel Hill Gardens West Funeral Home 17W201 Roosevelt Road, Oakbrook Terrace, Illinois 60181.
Visitation Thursday, November 18th, 2021, 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM.
Funeral Service Friday, November 19th, 2021 at 11:00 AM.
Interment Chapel Hill Gardens West Cemetery.
