Lorayne Konopasek, age 84, at rest March 10, 2011. Beloved wife of the late Richard A. Konopasek, to whom she was married 50+ years. Born and raised in Cicero, resident of Westchester, enjoyed travel, Bohemian cooking, casinos and special times with her family. Daughter of the late Frank and Mary, (nee Briksi) Soukup, adored baby sister of Adeline (the late Charles) Kankovsky, the late Camille (Earl) Gerke, the late Helen (Al) Breska, the late Albert (Bessie) Soukup, the late Frank (Clara) Soukup, and the late James Soukup; Cherished aunt to Laverne (the late Frank) Kulis, Al Jr. (Joanne) Soukup, Janet (Jim) Schar and Frank Soukup; fond aunt to many great-nieces and great-nephews. Lorayne was admired by her many friends, her neighbors, Church family, residents and staff of Emeritus at Burr Ridge and Sunrise of Willowbrook. Lorayne leaves in her memory her dog "Heidi" and her bird "Snowy". Visitation Monday, 10:30 a.m. at Westchester Bible Church, 10600 W.
