Louis was born in Chicago, Illinois, to Louis and Anne Krenek on July 19, 1937. He went to Morton High School in Cicero, Illinois, then married Arlene Mayer on July 26, 1958 in Cicero. He was an Army veteran who then worked in many different positions at Universal Oil Products (UOP) in McCook for nearly 40 years.
Louis was preceded in death by his mother Anne, father Louis, sister Violet and brother-in-law Tony Lempera.
Louis is survived by his wife of 67 years Arlene, daughter Kathleen Wagner, son-in-law Joe Wagner, grand daughter Claire Wagner and grandson Carson Wagner. He will be profoundly missed by many former neighbors, co-workers, family and friends.
