Mary C. Seebock

Mary C. Seebock, of Bellwood, IL, passed away on June 21, 2025 at the age of 65. A woman of boundless spirit and deep passion for life, Mary touched the hearts of all who knew her with her kindness, laughter, and sense of adventure.

Mary spent her life embracing the beauty of the world, both near and far. She found her calling in the travel industry, where she dedicated many years to helping others discover the magic of new places. But nowhere captured her heart, quite like Hawaii. Its islands, waves, and warm breezes spoke to her soul — and its dolphins and whales, which she adored, were constant reminders of the joy and wonder she found in the natural world.

Her love of travel also took her frequently to Las Vegas, where she enjoyed countless unforgettable nights seeing The Osmonds in concert.

At home, she found comfort in the classics. Whether laughing along to reruns of I Love Lucy, or Bewitched reminiscing about simpler times through her favorite old shows, she found joy in nostalgia and shared it freely with those around her.

She is survived by many close friends, and countless others whose lives she touched with her warmth and enthusiasm.

Mary is preceded in death by her parents; Edward and Catherine (nee, Jeske) Seebock and her sister; Patricia Seebock.

A visitation for Mary will be held on Thursday, June 26, 2025 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at Chapel Hill Gardens West Funeral Home, 17W201 Roosevelt Rd., Oakbrook Terrance, IL 60181. Prayer service will be held on Friday, June 27, 2025 at 10:45 AM at Chapel Hill Gardens West Funeral Home with committal service to follow at Queen of Heaven Catholic Cemetery & Mausoleums,1400 S Wolf Rd, Hillside, IL 60162.
