Having treated Richard for many years the news of his passing brings me and my staff considerable sadness. Richard was always bringing in stack of jokes (often colorful). We will miss his smile and easy demeanor.

I am a Public Safety Officer at Yorktown Shopping Center and would stop and talk to Rich or wave when I walked by while on patrol. His smile always brightened my day!

I remember Rich as the Mayor of Yorktown. Always passing out jokes and info to all who would listen.

May you walk with the Lord for the rest of time.
