My cousin Sandy and I grew up less than a month apart in age, miles away from each other, but always remained close. I grew up in Florida and Sandy was of course in Illinois. Our fathers were brothers. We were able to visit each other during family vacations when we were little, and as we grew into our teen years we were great pen pals! I always remember we sealed our letters before they were in the mail with sealing wax! When my husband and I were married 43 years ago, I of course asked Sandy to be one of my bridesmaids. Her smile was infectious and her laugh was contagious! She was a special person and will be greatly missed! Love ya Cuz! Xoxo Kathy
The picture that I have shared is Sandy on my wedding day!❤️😊

Where to begin. We have been neighbors since the Conroy’s moved into our home in 1982. Sandy got me to join the PTA and ever since the kids graduated we have been getting together or try to monthly. I have so many memories our walks up to the pub many monthly themed events. Martini night. Karaoke patio parties grandma Showers. Weddings trivia Night. New Years Eve celebrating the Irish new year. So much laughter tears and so much joy. Sandy will always be with us. Puffer Girls always. Love you all.

Sandy and I had many enjoyable “conversations” about the Cubs and Sox. She was a true fan. My thoughts and prayers to the family.

I had the pleasure of working with Sandy for the past 4 years. She was without a doubt my work mom. Every morning showing up with that big Sandy smile and all the Toby walk updates. She was also my favorite secret Santa , but we kept it going all year long. We would surprise each other with little nonsense things and treats on those stressful days. I will miss her and her infectious excitement followed by that raspy laugh So Much. Sending my thoughts and prayers to Jamie and Greg.

Where do I even start? Sandy was such a blessing to me in my time of working with her. I had only worked with her for a few months as I had been filling in to help at her location for a few months. She was always such a bright beacon of joy and always brought a smile to my face even on the bad days. She had a very kind heart and a welcoming aura. I pray for comfort for her loved ones during this time.
