Hart, Sr.; Amazing mother to Nichole Hart; Loving grandma to Destiny, Eternity, Kadence, Sierra, and Harrison; Dear sister to William (Debbie), James (Shirlee), Scott (Cathy), Robert (Liz), Renee (Robert), and Chris; Beloved aunt, cousin, and friend to many. Funeral Service will be at 11 AM on Wednesday, 3/29, at Chapel Hill Gardens West Funeral Home, 17w201 Roosevelt Rd, Oakbrook Terrace, IL 60181. Visitation will be from 4-9 PM on Tuesday, 3/28, also at the Funeral Home. Interment Mount Carmel Cemetery.
