David was a Vietnam War veteran and served in the Army from 1965-66. He graduated from Riverside Community College and had various manufacturing engineering roles throughout his long career.
Throughout his life he enjoyed spending time with family and friends, hosting get togethers for Christmas and Mother’s Day as well as outings like tent and RV camping, off road Jeep trips, cycling, hiking, driving along the California coast and mountains and the always fun evening card games. He enjoyed gardening and creative projects that left everything better than when he found them.
David was just a down-to-earth nice guy, soft spoken, witty, generous, putting others first, planting fruits and vegetables to give away to family and friends or lend a hand when needed. His smile, his stories, his humor will be greatly missed.
